Another week and another meal plan, we stretched the last one out until payday and have had some really boring meals. I’m super looking forward to the groceries arriving tomorrow and making food a bit more exciting again!
Cod loin, chips and mushy peas. A fave for everyone in this house.
Veggie Thai green curry with rice. I’m going to make this without a meat substitute for me and use loads of veggies instead. I have ordered prawns to appease the husband in his portion.
Noodles with loads of veggies. Chicken will be added for hubs and E.
Cheesy pasta with broccoli, green beans and garlic bread. We had this the other night when raiding the fridge and we all enjoyed it so much it’s been requested again.
Quorn sausages. I have no idea how I’ll serve these, perhaps with veggies or in a sauce with rice.
Roast lunch. I’ve got chicken breasts in for the meat eaters and I’ll just have the rest but not meat.
Home made pizzas. I’m looking forward to this one as me and E are going to make everything inc the base from scratch.
And that’s it. I also ordered prawns, baking potatoes and salad as a just in case meal. Oh and some Quorn meatballs but I’m regretting that now so I don’t think I’ll include them.
